Women, Youth & Kids Empowerment Initiative, known as WYKEI, works to enhance the lives and futures of families in conflict zones.

We are a grassroots team using our expertise to bring real change. Our work includes vital therapy for children, parents, and teachers, as well as human rights education in Palestine.

In alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), our operations are structured around 6 core programs designed to foster community resilience and deliver sustainable solutions.

Global Impact & Reach

  • United Nations Collaborations: Our youth and trauma programs are officially supported by the UN Population Fund (UNFPA) and the Sharek Youth Forum as delivery collaborators.

  • Global Advocacy: We actively shape international policy, proudly presenting our critical field data at the 2025 UN Human Rights Social Forum in Geneva.

  • Proven Field Operations: In our recent pilot alone, we successfully delivered trauma-informed psychosocial support across 22 schools, reaching nearly 500 direct beneficiaries.

  • Strategic Technical Mentorship: Through our partnership with the UK Women's Consortium, our flagship Palestine Therapy Project delivers internationally CPD-accredited support.

  • 2026 Scale-Up Vision: We are aggressively expanding our education and trauma therapy programs to reach thousands of new beneficiaries across Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem.
